"I build people, not just programs—because lasting impact begins with those we empower."
David Santiago is a dedicated behavioral support professional with nearly 10 years of experience in trauma-informed care, student intervention, and safety education. He has served in public schools and therapeutic day programs, delivering crisis support, managing restorative programs, and training staff in behavioral health strategies. His work includes developing and teaching vocational curriculum, facilitating de-escalation training, and producing video-based instructional content.
Beyond the classroom, David leads volunteer teams at Great River Church, where he speaks regularly and helps others grow through structured training and mentorship. He believes true leadership isn’t about being the hero—it’s about being a hero maker, equipping others to rise, lead, and thrive.

"Translating insight into impact—one video, one lesson, one life at a time."
This work represents just a small portion of the instructional video content I’ve produced to support training, growth, and real-world application.
